Emily Sun Li is currently teaching English and studying Mandarin Chinese in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. From 2019-2020, she served as a Fulbright scholar co-teaching English in elementary schools. Before moving to Taiwan, she was an English Teaching Fellow at the Taft School as part of the University of Pennsylvania’s Independent School Teaching Fellowship M.S.Ed program. She graduated summa cum laude from Emory University, where she studied creative writing/English and environmental science. When she’s not reading or writing poetry, Li is probably rewatching Game of Thrones and drinking too much boba.
