I was looking through old files and I found a bunch of the covers that we were first working with. It’s so funny to see how much it changed! I remember telling the illustrator, “She looks too pretty – she looks like a goddess!” June is supposed to be plain. Check out the home page to see the cover we ended up publishing. The colors of the world changes, the city gets filled in, but it’s still very beautiful. I had the pleasure of working with a very talented illustrator and graphic designer, Alice Cai and Derek Murphy, both of whom worked very hard to make everything perfect.
